About Writing: Talking Your Heart Out

I often talk my heart out. To me, speaking from the heart is one of the essential sources of growth and vitality. It is the voice of realization and expansion – the fascination of giving form to the vibrant aura I sense all around me. The things that hurt, attract, thrill, surprise, or upset me - the things that drive me crazy or fill me with joy – all belong to this bundle of emotions and sensations that awaken the heart across the full spectrum of life. There was a ti
